HerMoney Podcast Episode 300: We Love #300, And YOU! A Special Call-In Mailbag

Kathryn Tuggle  |  January 5, 2022

We're taking your questions LIVE with Jean this week in honor of our 300th show. We can't wait to talk to you!

Drumroll, please — At HerMoney this week, we have a very big anniversary to celebrate! Not only is it our first episode of 2022, it also happens to be number 300 in this amazing HerMoney journey that we’ve all been on together since 2016… This week, more than anything else, we want our listeners to know that this episode goes out to all of YOU. We literally could not have reached this milestone without all of you tuning in every single week. You are our reason for everything we produce at HerMoney.com, in our HerMoney newsletters, and on the podcast.

In keeping with that, when the HerMoney team began to discuss what kind of a show we might want to do for our 300th episode, the answer was immediately clear to us — we wanted YOU! We wanted to do a special Mailbag edition where YOU, our listeners, could call in and ask me your questions directly. So that’s what we did.

On this week’s episode, you’ll hear Jean chat with Meagan, who has a question on how she can set herself up for a lifetime of financial success with her new partner. You’ll also hear from Janine, who has a question about her retirement savings, specifically her TSP and a target date fund. We also hear from Suzanne, who has an “assets under management” question, and we chat with Ann, who lost her job last year and is looking for a way to spend her assets wisely, and create the best possible plan for retirement.

We’re hoping to do more of these call-in shows in future! If you’d like to join us for a future episode, please write to us at mailbag@hermoney.com.
