Through Willow’s holistic financial ecosystem, members gain access to education, on-demand financial planning, self-guided investing tools, and personalized matching to vetted, fiduciary, Advisor for Women™ financial advisors.A former financial advisor and financial services marketer, Lacy has spent her twenty-year career at the intersection of financial services, women's empowerment, and education. Prior to Willow, Lacy served as Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications and a Relationship Manager at Deltec Bank and Vice President at Weber Shandwick, leading the local market campaign for Bank of America post the 2008 financial crisis. Lacy served on The President’s Cabinet of Babson College from 2018-2019.Lacy has appeared on the TODAY Show, Cheddar News, Yahoo Finance and has been quoted in The Washington Post, Investment News, and numerous other media outlets. In 2024 Lacy was named a “Trailblazer of the Year” Women to Watch Excellence Awardee by Investment News and a Top Hispanic Industry Leader by The Wealth Solutions Report in 2023.
