Prior to Willow, Lacy served as Vice President, Head of Marketing & Communications and a Relationship Manager at Deltec Bank and Vice President at Weber Shandwick, leading the local market campaign for Bank of America post the 2008 financial crisis. Lacy served on The President’s Cabinet of Babson College from 2018-2019.Lacy has appeared on the TODAY Show, Cheddar News, Yahoo Finance and has been quoted in The Washington Post, Investment News, and numerous other media outlets.
