Luke Kelly

Luke Kelly has almost twenty years of experience in leadership roles in operations or finance for industrial and enterprise technology companies. Luke currently serves as the CEO of Bryte, the leading Restorative Sleep company. During his time at Bryte, Luke has overseen the development and launch of the world’s leading AI-powered adjustable comfort mattress, Bryte Balance. Bryte Balance has been adopted by many of the world’s leading hotels and is becoming the mattress of choice for wellness conscious consumers across the United States. Prior to joining Bryte, Luke served as Senior Vice President of Operations at 3D manufacturing company Carbon. Luke joined Carbon in 2015 as the VP, head of finance & administration before the company launched its first product. Over his six years at Carbon, Luke helped the company develop its innovative hardware as a service business model, raised >$500M in venture capital, and built a global operations organization that now has presence in over a dozen countries. Additionally, Luke held roles at eBay Inc. and Corning International, where he led finance operations in Asia, Europe, and South America and spent three years as the company’s CFO in China. Luke received his MBA from Duke MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and his BS from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
