Victoria is a senior leadership consultant at FranklinCovey and an expert in leadership development who has trained, developed and coached managers around the world. She has also led learning and development divisions for large corporations in Europe and the Middle East, including Jumeirah and Hilton and has an extensive background in hospitality. She is passionate about holistic leadership and often taps into her expertise as a certified yoga instructor and running coach, and is the author of “Everyone Deserves a Great Manager.”
